Renaissance Fair and Mommy's Little Helper

I am so behind on this week's post. Sorry everyone!

Last Saturday we went out to the Renaissance fair and met up with the Lings. This place was huge! And they had waaaaay to many yummy food to choose from. Thankfully I was able to control my pregnant self haha!

Ike in his stroller... doing the Heisman stance? I
dunno..

 "Cheese!"

 "Cookie!"

On Daddy's shoulders watching the jousting show

 He's saying "Hor-ee!" for horsey.

 Noah giving Isaac a hug

Holding hands. Soooo cute!

I realize I didn't get anything of the actual place, but I figured everyone mostly cared about seeing Isaac, right? Right. :)

Isaac also likes to be a little helper in the laundry room. He helps take clothes out of the dryer and into the hamper, then from the washer to the dryer. And of course, the best part, pressing the buttons on the machines to start them up.

Such a good boy :)

He's also starting to put words together now. Such as "more cheese/milk/blueberries/", "thank you mommy/daddy".. little things like that. His vocabularly has grown so much that the words he knows is countless.... a few of his newest ones that I can think on the top of my head are zip, naughty (from a book we read), wash, big truck, jacket, rain/raining, and push.

This past Wednesday I turned 27 weeks pregnant, which according to some websites and books, is the start of the third and final trimester.. already!

Just a little under 3 months and she will be here! Crazy.. we still have to go through Halloween and Thanksgiving as well as Christmas shopping.. which I am hoping to be done by Thanksgiving. I really don't feel like doing last minute shopping in my last month of pregnancy :) I have been working on Isaac's Christmas list and I will probably post it in the next few weeks or so.

Today we are going to the Ling's house to celebrate Noah's 3rd birthday! Have a good day everyone!

99 Days Left!

99 Days left! Of what you ask? Until my due date! I am officially in the double-digits countdown! Woohoo!

Unlike the many other posts I have made, this one will focus more on Baby #2, instead of soon to be big brother Isaac (but don't worry, I've included some pics of him at the end).

My pregnancy is going well. I will be 26 weeks tomorrow. In two weeks I take my Gestational Diabetes test (I should hopefully pass it again with flying colors).

My belly at 25 weeks (last week)

This little lady is already quite active. Always jabbing me and rolling around, and I think she uses my bladder as a pillow, or bean-bag chair or something. I swear, every time I sit down, she's kicking me, not letting me relax. She reminds of Isaac, who currently gets mad whenever I sit down and tells me "down" and pulls on me so that I get on the floor and play with him. I have a feeling I am going to be EXTREMELY busy with these two!

Every time the remote teeters, I'm getting kicked.

Matt and I debated a bit about having a baby shower with this one and we decided not too. We have all the big items already, so the only things we "need" are girl clothes/items, but even now I'm already starting to get quite the collection (thanks to those who have sent us stuff!)

Before we decided on not throwing a baby shower, I created a registry with MyRegistry.com, which basically lets me add things from any website into one place, instead of being limited to only one stores merchandise. Below is the link if anyone wants to get us something but doesn't know what to get us.

I may or may not add more stuff, it all depends on if I think of anything between now and when the baby arrives.

The not so fun things about this pregency is all the heartburn I am getting, again. This time it started up much earlier then when I was pregnant with Isaac. I also cannot rely on Maalox or Nexium/Zantac because those were making me sick to my stomach. Apparently the magnesium in those medications can cause upset stomachs (which last time I didn't have an issue with, but I do this time). So right now, I am only relying on TUMs. I've also had a few bouts of sciatic nerve pain already, but it's not all the time, so that's a good thing :)

Well, that's about it as far as Baby #2 goes. As promised, below are a few pictures of Isaac. Enjoy!

Sporting some new pj's... size 24 months!

Cutie pie... and he knows it!

Such a ham! I love him!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a very busy Labor Day weekend! We went to PA where we attended Joe and Kara's Housewarming/Labor day party at their house. Then we visited Mr. and Mrs. B before heading out to the Farm for another family get together. Then on Monday we met up with Matt's dad at the campground to hang out for a bit before heading home.

The drive to PA was uneventful (always a good thing), except we realized that Isaac has some really stinky feet (actually, it was his sandals, but they made his feet stink too).

I told him to smell his feet cuz they were stinky.. and he did haha

We went straight to Joe and Kara's house in Erie, where they were having a house warming party/Labor day party. There lots and lots of people there and Isaac had lots of fun.

 Drinking his first juice box.

Close up of his shirt... Daddy bought it haha

 Playing with Caleb

 Playing with Robbie and Braydon

Playing on a toddler size 4-wheeler

 Graham cracker covered face

Silly boy. I love this face!

Isaac and daddy, hanging out by the bonfire

We stayed the night at Joe and Kara's, then on Sunday, we visited Mr. and Mrs. B, but I didn't get any pics from there :(
From there, we went out to Knox to the Farm to visit more family. It was raining in the beginning, so all the kids were inside, playing with toys.

When it finally cleared up, the kids went out to play. Someone, I think it was Luke, started a game where they would put the kids on ride-on toys and have them go down a (very short) hill. The kids loved it.
Going down the hill, with Daddy catching him.

Riding on a toy truck. He wasn't too sure about it at first, but then he loved it.

That night, we were supposed to meet up with Matt's dad and Cindy at a campground and go camping with Danny and Luke's family as well. But we checked the weather radar and it was supposed to storm all night long. So Danny and Luke took their family home, while Matt, Isaac and I stayed the night at Terry's house (though Terry and Cindy stayed at the campground, since they had a camper instead of a tent).  We got up early Monday and met them at the campground to hang out a bit before heading home.

 Walking around the campsite.

 Giving Grandpa Terry some hugs

Jacket, pants, and regular shoes... a first in a LONG time.

Isaac and Grandpa Terry taking a stroll

Playing on the camps playground horse-swing

That's about it! This weekend will be pretty tame. We have a birthday party to go to (Dendy's son, Josiah's) on Saturday but other then that, we'll probably be stuck inside due to crummy weather. Boo!
