Our vacation was very busy; jammed pack with visiting tons of family and friends and even got to go to Disneyland for a few days.
We flew from HI to CA via Space-A, which are military hops that we can take for free, but their schedules change and there is only limited amount of seats available so you're not always guaranteed a flight when you need it. We lucked out and were able to get a flight to Travis AFB the first day (Sept 12th). We got there around 10pm and by the time we got all our stuff, got a taxi, and checked into our hotel for the night, it was 12am. We were all hungry so Matt walked a few blocks to In-n-Out and got us our first meal while in CA, which has now been tradition every time we've visited :)
I'm splitting the pictures up into three posts: This one will be for our time in California. The second one will be when we were in Pennsylvania. The third one will be Disneyland.
This is what our schedule looked like while in California (see, told you it was busy!)
-Sept 13 we drove @7hrs to Southern California where all my grandparents live. We had dinner at Grandma Ann and Aunt Venetta's house.
-Sept 14 we went to my Nana and Papa's house for dinner and my Aunt Debbie and Uncle Steve were there as well.
-Sept 15 we had dinner at Grandma Ann and Venetta's where my cousins Valerie and Marie attended with their boyfriend/husband and kids as well as my Uncle Gary and Aunt Isabelle. It was a lot of fun the kids enjoyed spending time with their other cousins :)
-Sept 16 we drive to L.A. where we had dinner at my Abuela and Abuelo's house, which was also on our way to Disneyland.
-Sept 17, 18, and 19 were Disneyland days!
-Sept 19 we drove to Nana and Papa's house where we spent the night.
-Sept 20 we did another BBQ at Venetta's and Ann's house with more family visiting.
-Sept 21 we went to my cousin Michael and his wife Kelsey's house where we had a big family dinner as well. This was our last night in California.
